Alexander Enyinnah is a seasoned microfinance professional with over 20 years continuous involvement in hardcore banking and promotion of microfinance. He has been exposed to international best practices in microfinance delivery in Asia, U.S.A. and Africa. Before joining Grooming Microfinance Bank, he worked with ASA Bangladesh as the National Technical Service Provider (NTSP) to the UNDP MicroStart project and later consultant to UNDP on consolidating the gains of the MicroStart project in the three most promising microfinance institutions in Nigeria (LAPO, DEC and CGEE). He has been exposed to various trainings on Microfinance Worldwide including the renowned microfinance training of University of Colorado in Boulder in 2003.

 He was elected as a delegate to the World Micro-credit Summit in Bangladesh in 2004 and was a member of the 10-man Advisory Board for UNDP MicroStart. Mr. Enyinnah started his professional career as an Accountant and later Manager at the Cooperative and Commerce Bank for over 12 years. He holds a Master’s degree in Banking & Finance from the University of Siena, Italy. Mr. Enyinnah was the Vice President of African Microfinance Transparency (AMT), and is a Paul Harris Fellow of Rotary International, and an Accion Center for Financial Inclusion (CFI) Africa Board Fellow. He is also a Life Member of the Institute of Directors.
