Final Loan Agreement Declaration

Please review and acknowledge the terms below before accepting the loan funds.

By checking the box below, I voluntarily declare and agree in good faith to the following terms, which are also applicable to my heirs and representatives: Grooming Microfinance Bank (MFB) has approved the loan amount and service charge outlined above. The total repayable amount will be repaid in the agreed-upon weekly/monthly equal installments. I understand that:

1. Until the entire amount with service charge is fully repaid, Grooming MFB retains total control of all assets related to this facility.
2. I will repay the entire loan regardless of the physical condition of the assets acquired.
3. Default/Non-Repayment: If I fail to repay the loan, Grooming MFB is legally free to recover the outstanding balance through the seizure and sale of my moveable and immoveable assets, including the use of my savings balance in my passbook. Grooming MFB may also take legal action against me.
4. My heirs or I will have no valid objection to such recovery actions.

I confirm that I sign this declaration fully aware of these consequences in full mind and conscience.
