Dr Igbinake is a Harvard Business School trained Leader with a Doctorate degree in Strategic Management from Babcock University and three Masters’ degree in Business Administration, Development Practice and Strategy from Ladoke Akintola University; University of Ibadan and Babcock University respectively. He also has Basic and Advanced Certificates in Leadership from Day Star Leadership Academy.

He is an Associate Member of the Nigerian Institute of Management and, since 2008, has attended several local and international training programs on Microcredit, Strategic Management, Emotional Intelligence, International Financial Reporting Standards and Project Management.

Dr Igbinake is a CIBN-certified microfinance practitioner and Six-sigma certified Total Quality professional with expert experience in microfinance operation, strategic management, business model, process management, product and policy management as well as organizational development and sustainability. Before joining the bank, he was in charge of more than 110 Branches in Grooming Centre, with 550 staff members across four states in Nigeria.
